At CoreWeave, we believe in sharing success. Our Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) makes it simple to invest in CoreWeave’s future — and yours — by offering employees the opportunity to purchase shares at a 15% discount.
With our ESPP, employees can directly take part in CoreWeave’s growth.
How It Works
Employees can elect to contribute 1% to 15% of their base salary through automatic payroll deductions, with a $25,000 annual limit on share purchases, accumulating funds over a six-month offering period. At the end of the period, shares are purchased at a 15% discount off the lower of the stock price at the beginning or end of the offering period — helping maximize the value of their investment.
